APPLICATION FOR A ORDIANCE TEXT CHANGE AS PER ORDINANCE 10-1-15 (c)
The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Governing Body of the Village of Bosque Farms will hear the following Application at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 6:30 PM and the Governing Body will also hear the following application (s) on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 6:00 PM. meeting will be held at the Village Council Chambers, 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, New Mexico:
The purpose of the proposed ordinance text change is to change the 7-3 weeds Ordinance adding a penalty assessment for repeat weed violations, in an effort to minimize the amount of time and expense the Village of Bosque Farms uses on weed violations and repeat weed violations, court appearances, court time, court clerk time, documentation, supplies and follow up time.
Should anyone wish to view the proposed Ordinance Text Change, they may come by the Village office at 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, NM 87068 Monday through Friday, 0800 AM to 5:00 PM
