NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on March 09, 2023 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM to consider the following application:
- AMERICAN LEGION POST 85, ACTING AGENT FOR ESEQUIEL AND NAEOMI TRUJILLO, HAS APPLIED FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF DON SULLIVAN TRACT: B 0.46 ACRE MAP 72 2007 REV AKA 29A1A2B, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 3474 A MAIN ST NE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF A CLUB NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LIQUOR LICENSE.
- AMERICAN LEGION POST 85, ACTING AGENT FOR ESEQUIEL AND NAEOMI TRUJILLO, HAS ALSO APPLIED FOR A WAIVER TO A SURVEYOR’S CERTIFICATE OF DISTANCE AS THE PREMISES IS LOCATED WITHIN 340 FT OF A NEAREST CHURCH.
The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by February 27, 2023 for the Village Council hearing.
