Proposals from individuals and firms to provide grant writing, grant research and grant management for the Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG), Mid-Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (MRMPO), the Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD), Mid-Region Regional Planning Program (RPP) and New Mexico Workforce Connection (WCCNM) will be accepted until the date and time shown above at:

The MRCOG invites qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals to provide grant writing, grant research and grant management for the MRCOG, MRMPO, RMRTD, RPP and WCCNM. This requirement may be funded in part by federal and state funds. Therefore, this solicitation and resulting contract may be subject to any related federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines.
