Notice is hereby given of the adoption and approval of an ordinance by the City Council of the City of Belen, New Mexico on April 17, 2023. Signed copies of the ordinance are available for a public inspection during normal and regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk at 100 S. Main St., Belen, New Mexico 87002.

AN ORDINANCE

APPROVING A PROJECT INVOLVING ARCOSA WIND TOWERS, INC. PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT AND CITY ORDINANCE NO. 15.44, THE CITY’S IMPLEMENTING LEGISLATION FOR THAT ACT; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROJECT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; MAKING CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS AND FINDINGS RELATING TO THE PROJECT; RATIFYING CERTAIN ACTIONS TAKEN PREVIOUSLY AND REPEALING ALL ACTIONS INCONSISTENT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
