The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Governing Body of the Village of Bosque Farms will hear the following Application at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 6:30 PM, and at the regular Council Meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 6:00 PM, both meetings will be held at the Village Council Chambers, 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, New Mexico:
Request for a Minor Subdivision for Subd: Tract: 38 S: 11 T: 7N R: 2E 6.40 ACRES MAP 64 PORT BOSQUE FARMS UNIT #38 1011041104181000000 Tract 38A, 1.1244 acres (gross), Tract 38B 1.3432 acres, Tract 38C 1.1869 acres (gross) 1.1345 acres (net), Tract 38D 1.1869 acres (gross) 1.0003 acres (net), Tract 38E 1.5343 acres. In accordance with 10-2-16 of the Village of Bosque Farms Ordinance.
Copies of the proposed minor Subdivision are available at the Village Office during normal business hours.
