NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 5:00 PM, the Valencia County Board of Commissioners adopted an Ordinance Repealing Recreational Vehicle Restrictions in Recognition of the Need for Affordable Housing, which amended the existing Valencia County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to repeal the prohibition against the use of a recreational vehicle in any lawfully created mobile home park and repealed a prohibition against a recreational vehicle remaining in an RV park for a period of more than four months.
Complete copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Office of the Valencia County Clerk at 444 Luna Ave, Los Lunas New Mexico and may be viewed online at www.co.valencia.nm.us.
