NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 15, 2023 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

HERMAN GARCIA, ACTING AGENT FOR HUGO AND SILVIA RIVERA, HAS REQUESTED A ZONING VARIANCE FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS Tract: 48C2A S: 28 T: 7N R: 2E 0.20 ACRE MAP 73 1993 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 412 CORTEZ ST SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A SIDE SETBACK VARIANCE FOR AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING WITHIN AN R-1 ZONE.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by November 6, 2023 for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
