Notice of Adoption of Sale Resolution
Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in City Resolution duly adopted and approved by the Belen City Council on November 6, 2023, relating to the details of the City’s General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023 as authorized pursuant to its Ordinance No. 2023-13 duly adopted by the Council on September 18, 2023. Complete copies of the Sale Resolution are available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the City Clerk, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico.
The title of the Resolution is:
RELATING TO THE CITY OF BELEN, NEW MEXICO GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2023 TO BE ISSUED IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $2,500,000; ESTABLISHING THE EXACT AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT, MATURITY DATES, RATES OF INTEREST, REDEMPTION FEATURES AND PRICE WITH RESPECT TO THE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-13 ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2023; APPROVING DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE BONDS; AND RATIFYING ACTION PREVIOUSLY TAKEN IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND REPEALING ALL ACTION INCONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
