Notice of Solicitation for
Letters of Interest for
Treatment Court Monitoring

The Thirteenth Judicial District Court seeks one or two contractors to work as surveillance officer/drug test monitors for two Valencia County Treatment Courts. The Court invites letters of interest from individuals with experience in the courts or criminal justice system. The contractor will work with the treatment court program manager, and will be responsible for drug testing, curfew calls, home visits, and supervising community service for treatment court participants. The contracts will run through June 30, 2024 with a contract maximum of $10,000 each and can be renewed each year for up to four years.

Letters must be received by December 29, 2023 and must include: full legal name, street address, phone number, email address and a brief statement of your background in criminal justice and your ability to perform the job duties. Contractors must have regular access to email and a cellular phone, be present at the courthouse for drug testing and other duties, and submit monthly invoices.
