A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS AMENDING THE SPECIAL USE ZONING FOR 1666 LOS LENTES RD NE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE DAYCARE USE AND REMOVE 1716 LOS LENTES RD NE, A RESIDENTIAL USE PARCEL, FROM THE S-U ZONE
