NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 09, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING A ZONE CHANGE OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. JOHN KIRKPATRICK, ACTING AGENT FOR LAWRENCE AND KATHY JARAMILLO, HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM S-U TO R-1 FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF LAWRENCE JARAMILLO AND KATHY JARAMILLO TRACT: 2 S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRES PLAT N-724, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 1714 LOS LENTES RD NE; AND, SEPARATELY, A ZONE CHANGE FROM S-U TO R-1 FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF LAWRENCE JARAMILLO AND KATHY JARAMILLO TRACT: 3 S:22 T:7N R:2E .050 ACRES PLAT N-724, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 1716 LOS LENTES RD NE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
