Solicitation for Letters of Interest for Treatment Court Monitoring

The Thirteenth Judicial District Court invites letters of interest from individuals with experience in the courts or criminal justice system. The contract is specifically for a surveillance officer/drug test monitor for the Valencia County Juvenile Treatment Court The contractor will work with the treatment court program manager, and will be responsible for drug testing, curfew calls, home visits, and supervising community service for treatment court participants. The contract will run through June 30, 2024 with a contract maximum of $10,000.

Letters must be received by March 8, 2024 and must include: full legal name, street address, phone number, email address and a brief statement describing your background in criminal justice, and a description of your ability to perform the contractual duties. Contractors must have regular access to email, be present at the courthouse for treatment court participant testing and other duties, and submit monthly invoices. Please send questions to David J.
