NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 473

Ordinance 473: an ordinance annexing certain parcels of land described as Subd: Rancho Valencia Tract: 3 0.75 acre 2007 Rev; Subd: Rancho Valencia tract: 4 0.84 acre 2007 rev open space; Tract: northern portion of 2A, 47A1, AND 47A2 S: 31 T: 7N R: 2E; Tract: Northern Portion Of 47A1, Tract 2B1A1, & Tract 4B1 S: 32 T: 7N R: 2E; portions of Subd: land of Joe Garcia Tract: 1C1B map 74 2.96 AC B-5-31 2003 rev k/1334; portions of Subd: land of Hector R. Carrillo tract: 1-B 1.86 AC 2004 rev B-5-31; portions of Subd: land of Hector R. The properties are located east of 1-25 and west of highway 314, generally following Morris Rd. SW

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
