NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:
ORDINANCE 474
Ordinance 474: an ordinance annexing certain parcels of land described as Tract: southern half of 6A1C4A S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E 2.71 AC; Subd: land of Thomas Stronach Tract: southern half of 6A1C4B S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E 2.10 AC; a portion of Subd: land of Robert & Marilyn P Sanders Tract: B1 2.40 AC Map 79 B-5-34 1996 rev; and land of Scott Edeal & Patricia Welk Tract: NW portion of C2A S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E, further described in exhibit A – Los Lunas I-25 interchange and east-west corridor and exhibit B – Los Lunas Blvd. Group 4 annexation petition properties; and annexing certain portions of adjacent right-of-way as shown in exhibit A. The properties are located between Edeal rd. and Rio Grande bosque, north of Jason rd.
The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
