GREETINGS:

You and each of you are hereby notified that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the District Court of Valencia County, New Mexico, wherein Donald W. Thompson and Sharon L. Thompson, are Plaintiffs and you and each of you are Defendants, said cause number being No.: D-1314-CV-2020-00785 on the civil docket of said Court.

The objects and purposes of the action are to quiet and set at rest the Plaintiffs’ title to the properties described in the Complaint in said cause situated in Valencia County, New Mexico, to wit:

Lots Numbered Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) in Block Numbered Nine (9) of HIGHLAND MEADOWS ESTATES, UNIT 6, a Subdivision in Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and so designated on the plat thereof filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico on February 2, 1971.

All as more particularly prayed for and set forth in the Complaint. You and each of you are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause within thirty (30) days of this service pursuant to NMRA 1-004 and file a responsive pleading or motion within such time, judgment by default may be rendered in said cause against each of you for failing to appear, and the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in this Complaint.
