You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 501 S Mesa Rd, Belen, NM 87002, Valencia County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:

A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND IN BELEN, VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO BEING THE EASTERLY 142 FEET OF TRACT 262-C-2, AS SUCH TRACT IS SHOWN ON MAP 100 OF THE SURVEYS OF THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, BEING WITHIN THE BELEN GRANT, AND WITHIN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, N.M.P.M., AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE TRACT, THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 262-C-2, MAP 100, WHENCE THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 15, T5N, R1E, N.M.P.M., BEARS S. 41° 30′ E., 2360.00 FEET DISTANT AND RUNNING AS FOLLOWS:

THENCE, N. 86° 37′ W., 142.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER;

THENCE, S. 03° 29′ E., 75.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER;

THENCE, S. 86° 37′ E., 142.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER;

THENCE, N. 03° 29′ W., 75.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER AND POINT OF BEGINNING.

Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
