Building

Bids will be received by the Valencia Soil & Water Conservation District at the Whitfield Wildlife Visitors and Education Center, 2424 Highway 47, Belen, New Mexico, until 2:00 p.m., local time, August 11th, 2022. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud.

All proposals must be on a lump sum basis: segregated proposals will not be accepted.

Construction documents may be secured by prime contractors from John Kirkpatrick, Architect at [email protected] after July 14th, 2022. A limited number of hard sets are available and may be secured at the architect’s office, 411 Highway 314 NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico. A deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be required to ensure their return. The Hard Sets must be returned to the Architect in good condition within ten (l0) days after the date set for bid opening.

The Valencia Soil & Water Conservation District reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject proposals. Proposals must be held for forty-five (45) days pending Board action.
