NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Plaintiffs filed a Complaint in Quiet Title to Real Property in the above designated Court on January10, 2023, against the above-named Defendants Lonnie Clay McWhorter, Dana Bivens, Sammie Rae McWhorter, Karen Garcia, Unknown Heirs Of Samuel W. McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Stella Irene McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Georgia A. McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Homer Y. Cole, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Mary Pat Manor, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Larry Runyun, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Mollie M. Cole, Deceased and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to the Plaintiffs. The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiffs in fee simple in and to the real estate described in the Complaint in this cause, being situate within Valencia County, New Mexico and more particularly described as:
- Lot numbered Seven (7), in Block numbered One (1), Monte Vista Addition, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Addition, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on April 23, 1957, in Plat Book B, Page 120.
Further, the above-named Defendants, Lonnie Clay McWhorter, Dana Bivens, Sammie Rae McWhorter, Karen Garcia, Unknown Heirs Of Samuel W. McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Stella Irene McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Georgia A. McWhorter, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Homer Y. Cole, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Mary Pat Manor, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Larry Runyun, Deceased, Unknown Heirs Of Mollie M. Cole, Deceased and All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to the Plaintiffs, are hereby notified they have until thirty (30) days from the date of the completion of publication of this Notice in which to file an answer or other pleading responsive to the Complaint and should said Defendants choose not to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the completion of publication of this Notice, judgment or other appropriate relief may be entered against the above-named Defendants.
