You are required to serve upon Joshua Dwyer, Attorney for Petitioners Harold W. Keck, Jr., and Glenna Keck, an answer or motion in response to the “Petition for Declaratory Judgment, Complaint for Conversion, Replevin, Fraud, and Unjust Enrichment, Breach of Fiduciary Duties, and Petition to Determine and Quiet Title to Real Property” filed against you in the above-referenced case within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice and file your answer or motion with the court as provided in Rule 1-005 NMRA. The real property subject to the petition to quiet title is municipally known as 37 Mount Laurel Road, Los Lunas, New Mexico, and more particularly described as: TRACT TWO-A (2-A), AS THE SAME IS SHOWN ON LAND DIVISION PLAT, TRACT 2, M.R.G.C.D. MAP 72, AS SUCH PLAT IS FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON NOVEMBER 25, 1996, IN CABINET J, NO. 124.
