Richard Curtis Clark
Richard Curtis Clark, age 90, of Belen, passed away on Feb. 9, 2023.
He served in the U.S. Army and worked for the ATSF railroad for 42 years, retiring in 1995. Richard loved fishing and working on cars; there was nothing he could not fix.
He was preceded in death by his spouse, Rosa Clark; his daughter, Rhonda Clark; brothers, Roy and Jack Clark; and sister, Lois Bahnister.
He is survived by his daughters, Cordie and her husband, Greg Higdon, of Clovis, and Ricki Clark, of Belen; three sisters, Grace Allen, Ruth Clock and Lorene Paige; one brother, Earl Clark; and grandchildren, Amanda Thomas and Holly Higdon. Richard was also survived by three great-grandchildren, Jaydin, Jonah and Abigail Thomas.
A memorial service will be held at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, with Pastor Steve Kern officiating.
