William Joseph Pyle (aka Billy Joe), 44 of Los Lunas, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, after a tragic motorcycle accident.

Billy Joe was born on March 14, 1980, to William Paul Pyle and Debbie Catherine Childers in Albuquerque.
After graduating from Los Lunas High School in 1998, he went on to study to become a certified mechanic.
He had many, many hobbies, including off-roading, building things, welding, blacksmithing, chemistry and glass blowing. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoyed the outdoors. He was a cowboy who enjoyed rodeo, horses and animals.
He is survived by his father, William Paul Pyle; mother, Debbie Catherine Childers; daughter, Brooklyn Cheney; brother, Harley Ray Andrew Childers (Yvonne); sister, Barbara Ann Lockett; grandmothers, Sofia Childers and Rita Fjelseth and way too many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins to mention. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesse Wayne Childers.
Billy Joe will be greatly missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 4, at Los Lunas Christian Fellowship, 628 Los Lentes Rd. NE, Los Lunas, NM, 87031.
