Albert Fermin Bibiano, age 75, a resident of Belen, was called home by God on March 22, 2024, after 75 full years of hard work, joy, love and adventure.

Albert was born in 1948 to Manuel and Fabiola Garcia Bibiano in Belen. After school, he moved to California, where he lived for about 50 years.

In 1983, his only daughter, Angela, was born and who he loved dearly. In 1998, became a grandfather and eventually to a total of five grandchildren, who he loved to joke around with. While in California, he had the time of his life meeting tons of new people and embarked on numerous adventures in his life.

He was always smiling and ready to tell a joke. He was full of life and loved to talk to anyone he came across in his lifetime.
