PUBLIC HEARING

The Los Lunas Village Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on October 07, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico and on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting to consider the following application:

THE MARIANO CHAVEZ FAMILY PARTNERSHIP HAS REQUESTED PLAT VACATION APPROVAL FOR A 10′ PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AT SUBD: LAND OF ERNEST & SUNDAY CORDOVA TRACT: B1B1 .50 AC B-5-28 2001 REV. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF SICHLER RD SW AND WEST OF AMISTAD RD SW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
