The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission
will hold a public hearing at
6:00 p.m. on March 2, 2021 on
the virtual platform Webex at

pandzmeeting or by phone at 1-408-418-9388 (access code: 2556 571 6577 – password/passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application.

AARON MARTIN HAS APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACT: 65 S: 28 T: 7N R: 2E 0.27 ACRE MAP 73 2000 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 568 CORTEZ ST SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A HOME OCCUPATION OF A BARBERSHOP IN A C-1 ZONE.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
