NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Valencia County will hold a meeting on March 17, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on an Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 2020-01 Restricting Truck Traffic on Don Felipe Road in Belen, New Mexico. The purpose of the Ordinance is to remove the weight limit restrictions placed on Don Felipe Road in Belen, New Mexico. The Board of County Commissioners will consider the Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 2020-01 Restricting Truck Traffic on Don Felipe Road in Belen, New Mexico for final passage following the public hearing on March 17, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. If you are an individual with disability who is in need of any form of auxiliary aid for service, please contact the County Manager’s Office at 505-866-2014 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Written comments on the Ordinance can be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than March 17th, at 4:00 p.m., or, alternatively, be provided live during the public hearing via Zoom, provided you submit your name and e-mail address to email@example.com no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 16, 2021.
