NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Valencia County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 5:00 PM, a public hearing will be held on an Ordinance Repealing Recreational Vehicle Restrictions in Recognition of the Need for Affordable Housing, which amends the existing Valencia County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance repeal the prohibition against the use of a recreational vehicle in any lawfully created mobile home park and repealing a prohibition against a recreational vehicle remaining in an RV park for a period of more than four months. The proposed Ordinance will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at its meeting on October 4, 2023, at 5:00 PM, following the public hearing. The meeting will be held at the Valencia County Commission Chambers, 444 Luna Ave. Los Lunas, NM 87031.
Complete copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Office of the Valencia County Clerk at 444 Luna Ave, Los Lunas New Mexico and may be viewed online at www.co.valencia.nm.us.
