Peralta Concrete Ready Mix, LLC announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for an air quality permit to construct a General Construction Permit, GCP-5. The name of this facility is Peralta Concrete Ready Mix. The expected date of the submittal of our application for an air quality permit to the Air Quality Bureau is December 12, 2022. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations.

The exact location of the facility is UTM Zone 13, UTM Easting 345,257 m E, UTM Northing 3,854,541 m N. The approximate location of this site is 1.1 miles south of Peralta, NM in Valencia County.

Air emissions of any regulated air contaminant will be less than or equal to:

3. Carbon Monoxide (CO) 95

The standard operating schedule of this facility will be 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and a maximum of 52 weeks per year.
