NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 475

Ordinance 475: An ordinance annexing certain parcels of land described as Tract: Portion of 4A1H S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E .41 AC; portions of Tract: 45B S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E 3.00 Acres map 76; Subd: land of Anthony Samarzia & M Ball Tract: southeastern portion of 35B1B S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E; Parcel 7-1: Tract: Hyde Ln. S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E; a portion of Subd: land of Roy D Mercer LLC Tract: A S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E 3.56 Acres Plat N-946; a portion of Subd: land of Roy D Mercer LLC Tract: B S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E 3.56 Acres Plat N-946; a portion of Subd: land of Roy D Mercer LLC Tract: C S: 35 T: 7N R: 2E 3.56 Acres Plat N-946; and Las Cercas Acequia – NMDOT – TPO-0047(13) PCN 1842, further described in exhibit a – Los Lunas I-25 interchange and East-West corridor annexation map and exhibit B – Los Lunas Blvd. Group 5 annexation petition properties; and annexing certain portions of adjacent right-of-way as shown in exhibit A. The properties are located west of NM-47 along Hyde Ln.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
