NATHAN A. TWINING AND THE TWINING LAND CORPORATION, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Valencia County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title, to have the plaintiffs be declared the rightful owners of the property, to have the plaintiffs be entitled to the possession of this property and to appoint a special master to execute a release of mortgage in favor of the plaintiffs for the property which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 51 in Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 1 East of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, Valencia County, New Mexico and containing Ten (10.00) acres more or less; subject to restrictions, reservations, and easements of record.
Grantor owns 2/8ths of 8/8ths (25% of 100%) of all minerals in and under the above described lands. Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee all right, title and interest to an undivided 1/8th of 8/8ths (50% of 100% of all minerals now owned by Grantor) in and under the above-described lands, excepting and reserving unto Grantor, forever, an undivided 1/8th of 8/8ths (50% of 100% of all minerals owned by Grantor prior to the conveyance). The intent embodied in this conveyance and reservation is to provide Grantor and Grantee equal, undivided 12.5% interests, respectively, in and under the 100% mineral estate of the above described lands.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
