NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jacob Arthuro Gutierrez, a resident of the City of Los Lunas, County of Valencia State of New Mexico has filed a Petition to Change name in the Second Judicial District Court, Valencia County, New Mexico wherein he/she seeks to change his/her name as follows: Jacob Arthuro Gutierrez to Jacob Mace Chavez.
This Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge James Lawrence Sanchez, Div. 1, District Judge on the 14th day of August, 2023, at the hour of 8;45 a.m. at the Valencia County Courthouse.
