You are hereby notified that Platte River Insurance Company as Plaintiff, has filed a civil action against you in the above Court and cause, the general object thereof being a Complaint for Foreclosure of Judgment Lien involving the real property known as 1414 Valley View Drive SW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, more particularly described as:
All of Lot Numbered Eight (8) and the major portion of Lot Numbered Nine (9), excluding the Northerly 10′ of Lot Nine (9) both Lots being in Block Lettered “C” of Crest View Subdivision, a Subdivision in Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on March 28, 1983, in Book D, Page 69.
You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the Complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date of this Notice, judgment by default may be rendered against you and the relief prayed for in the Complaint may be granted.
