TO: All persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of Elwood George Haney, deceased, the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of Margaret Smales, deceased, the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of Lorrie B. Martin, deceased, the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of Clare Byers Brown, deceased, the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of Anna C. Harper, deceased, the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of James Byers a/k/a James W. Byers, and the heirs, administrators, personal representatives, and all persons claiming by, through and under the Estate of A. Byers, and all persons claiming by, through and under Clearfield County Society for Handicapped/Disabled Citizens, their heirs, devisees, administrators, executors, successors or assigns and all other person, persons, firms, partnerships or corporate entities in interest.
You are hereby notified that an action to quiet title to the premises situate, lying and being in the Burnside Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania and Bell Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania has been commenced against you. Said premises are described as:
- One (1) parcel of real property situate in Burnside Township, Clearfield County, and one (1) parcel of real property situate in Bell Township, Clearfield County. The Burnside Property consists of approximately eighty-two (82) acres of unimproved land (Tax Parcel No. 1080-B13-000-00005), and the Bell Property consists of approximately thirty-two (32) acres of unimproved land (Tax Parcel No. 1020-C12-000-00066).
You have been sued in Court. The purpose of this quiet title action is to extinguish any right or equity that the Defendants above named and their successors or assigns may have in the
property described above. The Plaintiff in this action, after a diligent search, has been unable to locate the Defendants or their successors and assigns.
Whereupon the Court Ordered that notice of said action be served on the Defendants and their successors and assigns by publication.
