Miguel Herculano Hidalgo, age 42, a resident of Los Chavez, has gone ahead of us from this life to the next on Feb. 6, 2023. Yet, our beloved husband, father, brother and son waits for us with open arms and his beautiful smile.

Services will be held on Friday, Feb. 17, at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. A visitation will be held at 9 a.m., followed by a Rosary at 10 a.m., and a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m.

Miguel leaves behind his loving and lifelong partner, his wife, Tamara; his two beautiful daughters, Micaela and Ashley — all three were whom he lived for.

Miguel’s true passion was making the most of his precious time with his wife and daughters. He had other passions, such as working on anything with a motor and his latest passion of raising longhorn cattle.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Tamara; two lovely daughters, Micaela and Ashley; parents, Miguel and Therese Hidalgo; parents-in-law, Terry and Kathy Tipton; brothers, Chris (Chelsy Kitcheyan) and Francisco (Addie); brother-in-law, Chris Tipton (Jamie); nieces, Caelyn, Haven, Kylie Kitcheyan Hidalgo; nephews, Jonas and Connor Rice; godchild, Christian Kitcheyan Hidalgo; cousin, Regina Dewey; aunt, Catherine; uncle, John Davis; and maternal aunts, Charlotte Zimmerman, Cynthia Vigil, Kathleen Strand and Laura Bloyed.

Gone before him to greet him in Heaven’s gate are his paternal grandparents and godparents, Salomon, and Mary T. Hidalgo; maternal grandparents, Isauro Herculano and wife, Marion Lopez-Bloyed; paternal aunt, Margaret; uncle, Anton Vanderheyden; maternal aunts, Patricia Gaddis, Rosemary Wardell, Machelle Mcbee and Mary Bloyed; and paternal uncles, Anthony and Paul Bloyed.

His wisdom about how life works, his quiet nature, and his beautiful smile will truly be missed by all who ever knew him.
