Valencia County Senior Olympics
VCSO will be holding a Dance Event, “Forever Cruisin’” at the Performing Arts Center at Valencia High School from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, May 6. Practice for “Forever Cruisin’” is at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 29, at Valencia High School.
Mike Powers spent more than 40 years as a television news and sports anchor, mostly in the Albuquerque market. He has won numerous awards including New Mexico Sportscaster of the Year. He covers a wide range of sports, including the Valencia County prep scene.
