NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on March 07, 2024, in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to hear and decide the following application.

ORDINANCE 474: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND DESCRIBED AS TRACT: SOUTHERN HALF OF 6A1C4A S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E 2.71 AC; SUBD: LAND OF THOMAS STRONACH TRACT: SOUTHERN HALF OF 6A1C4B S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E 2.10 AC; A PORTION OF SUBD: LAND OF ROBERT & MARILYN P SANDERS TRACT: B1 2.40 AC MAP 79 B-5-34 1996 REV; AND LAND OF SCOTT EDEAL & PATRICIA WELK TRACT: NW PORTION OF C2A S: 34 T: 7N R: 2E, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A – LOS LUNAS I-25 INTERCHANGE AND EAST-WEST CORRIDOR AND EXHIBIT B – LOS LUNAS BLVD GROUP 4 ANNEXATION PETITION PROPERTIES; AND ANNEXING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A.
THE PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED BETWEEN EDEAL RD AND RIO GRANDE BOSQUE, NORTH OF JASON RD.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form February 26, 2024 for the Village Council hearing.
