The Los Lunas Police Department joins public safety agencies nationwide by participating in the Pink Patch Project.

The Pink Patch Project is a campaign designed to increase public awareness about breast cancer and raise funds for the fight against the disease.

The pink patches are intended to promote conversation and encourage public awareness about the importance of early detection and treatment of breast cancer.

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, members of the Los Lunas Police Department can wear vibrant pink patches as part of the campaign.

All proceeds raised will go to the breast cancer organization to benefit research and treatment of breast cancer.
