Michelle Janifer Gonzales

1969-2023 

Michelle Gonzales (Baca), 54, of Bosque Farms, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Dec. 31, 2023.  

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul; and two daughters, Tiffani (Ron) and Brittani (Josh); and their three dogs, Nala, Simba and Posie. She leaves behind six sisters, MaryAnn (Stan), Marsha (Brad), Marilyn (Les), MarvaJean (Dean), Melanie (Fidel) and Melissa (James); and one brother, Marvin (Joyce). Michelle was also loved by her many nieces, nephews and friends.  

She enjoyed spending time outside, whether it was walking the dogs, gardening or playing cards. She devoted her life to God and her family, frequently making trips to Chimayo to pray for the healing of others.  

Michelle and Paul met while working at Furr’s supermarket together. They married in 1994 and started their family two short years later. Michelle’s greatest love was her family, and she will be missed dearly by those she touched.  

She was preceded into death by her parents, Adam and Veronica Baca; and sister, Marlene Baca.  

The family will be hosting a luncheon to celebrate Michelle’s life at 12 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Bosque Farms Cowboy Hall, 1040 Arena Road, Bosque Farms.
