TOME — American Ninja Warrior Adam Rayl recently visited Valencia High School to share a message of health.

“A strong mind and a strong body is really important,” Rayl said. “I try to give the kids the message that if you want to live the best life you can live, you’re going to have to be physically fit, to whatever degree.”

Rayl, who competed on NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior” for seven years, spent time at the new VHS ninja course, giving pointers and demonstrations.

In addition, Rayl visited with students during physical education classes, exhorting them to “Find your passion — find what it is that lights your soul on fire.”
