Peggy Gurule passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022.
Peggy was born on Aug. 31, 1940, to Bennie and Margaret Martinez from Albuquerque.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gurule.
She is survived by her two kids, Andrew Gurule and Margaret Aguero (husband, Martin); two sisters, Annie Espinosa and Priscilla Padilla; four grandchildren, Carolyn Wolf (fiancé, Manuel Martinez), Magdalena Gurule, Theresa Ballesteros and Dolores Vallejos (husband, Robert); nine great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at 9 a.m., Saturday, June, 11, with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m., and a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m., all at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church.
She will be laid to rest with her husband, Paul, at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery behind the church.
Pallbearers are Ricky Espinosa, Peter Espinosa, Michael Espinosa, Santiago Gurule, Everette Padilla and Alonzo Ballesteros. The honorary pallbearer is Ramon Vallejos.
