Frank “Frankie” Gallegos, age 79, a resident of Bosque, was born Aug. 10, 1943, and passed away on Sept. 6, 2022.

There will be a memorial service and luncheon for Frankie from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 24, at The Special Occasions Hall, 19586 N.M. 314, Belen. Please contact Sharlaine at 505-361-0757 for additional details.

Frankie graduated from Socorro High School in 1961. Through the years, he worked for White Sands Missile Range, The Apollo Site Space Center in Organ, N.M., and was an electronic technician in Cape Kennedy, Fla.

Frankie also owned and operated The Rodeo Shop, where he traveled all around the United States going from rodeo to rodeo, as well as the New Mexico Restaurant in New Brighton, Pa.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank S. Gallegos and Margarita Sedillo, of Socorro; parents-in-law, Bee and Olive Morgan, of New Brighton, Pa.; and sisters-in-law, Bonita Bonnie Morgan Sumner, of New Brighton, Pa., and Star C. Gallegos, of Kaufman, Texas.

Frankie is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sharlaine Morgan Gallegos; daughter, Alona Jo Sanchez (Patricio), of Los Lunas; brothers, E.S. Gallegos, of Kaufman, Texas, and Thomas Gallegos (Lily), of Rio Rancho.
