Herbert W. McCants
Herbert W. McCants, age 76, a resident of Rio Communities, passed away on July 12, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
He passed at the VA Hospital Hospice Unit in Albuquerque, where a private service was held for the family.
Herbert is preceded in death by his parents, James F. and Sara Addie McCants.
He is survived by his long-term partner, Linda Kratky; daughters, Renee and Charlotte; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, brothers, Donald and Jay McCants (Dawn); and many nieces and nephews.
Herbert worked as a carpet installer for many years at Carpet Warehouse. He was a kind and caring man, who was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Herbert will always live in our thoughts and our hearts, and he will be dearly missed.
