You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Valencia County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title and to have the plaintiffs be declared the rightful owners and be entitled to the possession of this property which is more particularly described as follows:
The North portion and the South Portion of Tract 30-B, M.R.G.C.D. Map 83, as the same are shown and designated on the Survey Plat of Lands of Heirs of Onofre Baca Y Moya, within Section 12, T 6 N, R 2 E, N.M.P.M., Valencia County, New Mexico, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on May 22, 1982, in Book 9, Page 100.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
