Shirley Rae Wagner, 86, of Los Lunas, passed away peacefully in her home on Feb. 13, 2024.
Shirley, a devout St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan, was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, as well as a cherished member of the community.
A graduate of East Peoria High School in Illinois, she moved to Albuquerque in 1979 and to Los Lunas in 1996. She was known and adored by her students as a bus driver for Los Lunas Schools for 10 years and Tomé/Adelino Head Start until her retirement.
After retirement, she continued to volunteer her time to the community as a foster grandparent at Tomé and Ann Parish elementary schools and to her Red Hat group.
Our family would like to thank the Trujillo Family Funeral Home for their great care of our grandmother Shirley after her passing.
